Is it really open 24 hours?
Yes. Members have fingerprint access at any hour, Monday to Saturday, including public holidays. Aircon and lights stay on until the last person leaves. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays), with security overnight and housekeeping through the day, Monday to Saturday.
Does the building generate its own power?
Yes. The roof carries a solar array that covers part of the building’s daytime consumption; the rest comes from the grid, so the aircon doesn’t depend on the weather. The live output, this month’s total and the CO₂ figure on this page come straight from the rooftop system’s feed.
Can I start with less than a month?
For coworking, yes. Buy a day pass, a 5- or 10-day pack, or go monthly unlimited. There’s no annual minimum. Private serviced offices start from a three-month term.

Yes. We own the building, so we can offer a DBD-compliant registered address at 18 Ratchadaphisek Road, Asoke. Use it to register your company and as the official address on cards, invoices and your website. Mail and parcel handling is included, and we can support your VAT and SSO registration.
